How we make our guides

Who writes

The Paraguai na Prática team, made by people who are moving to Paraguay themselves. We use artificial intelligence to research and draft; every guide is read and approved by a person on the team before it goes live.

Who reviews

Guides about documents, residency and taxes are reviewed by a professional from the Trusted Network (a lawyer or an accountant). After the review, their name appears at the top of the guide under "Reviewed by". Until then, the guide shows only its update date.

Where the information comes from

Official sources from Paraguay and Brazil (such as the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones and Brazil's Receita Federal) and the experience of community members. Every guide lists its sources at the end.

Updates

We review a guide whenever a rule changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
